Strathmore Building Group is a specialised design & construction company, with an emphasis on bespoke architect designed luxury homes.
The Principal is John Vlachos, an Architect with almost 30 years experience in all facets of architecture, Project Management and property development.
The company has been involved in Building and Project management since 1991
Philosophy
Strathmore Building Group have created a design-construct model centred on individual one-off designs, tailored to the specific needs of each client and a construction executed to the highest possible quality.
Strathmore Building Group manage their construction portfolio to enable the quality control to be maintained, and to ensure that the connection and liaison with the client is sustained through out the design and construction phases.
